Using the 100 Push Ups in 6 Week Challenge, I will be able to use the chunking method to perform 100 push ups

I perform the proscribed sets 3 days per week for 6 weeks and document my performance

Week 1:

I began the experiment by taking the initial test: 4 push ups.

I continued along the exact proscribed path for 3 days of this first week and on day 3, completed 15 push ups.

My deltoids were sore and the 2 day of the challenge, after 1 day off was more difficult than the 3 day.

I eat 2 eggs per day. Within 2 hours of eating the eggs, I experience stomach discomfort such as bloating and a general achy feeling. I also feel tired about 4 hours after eating them. I believe that eliminating the eggs will eliminate the discomfort and tired feeling.

Layout of Experiment

I recognized the stomach discomfort and continued eating the same meal for 5 days which consisted fo 6 oz of red meat, 1/2 cup of zucchini, and 2 eggs. All were cooked in unsalted butter.

I will remove only the eggs from this meal for 7 days.

Duration of Experiment

5 days eating the same meal with eggs.

7 days eating the same meal without eggs.

Total of 12 days.


I will document my daily observations in this space as well as my final conclusion.
